    Thanks Joseph. I love dairy milk, but I've pretty much given it up (along with all the sugary cereals) in favor of almond milk. My dairy intake these days mostly includes FAGE greek yogurt, shredded cheese on salads, and ice cream (typically low- or no-fat selections in moderation).

    Asha is In Nashville this weekend with friends and will fly back to Tempe from there on Sunday night.

    Maya leaves Monday morning. So the house will soon be too quiet again.

    You are keeping me motivated too. I’ve gone from a size 42 to a 38, and have been able to get some 36 pants to fit. I was down 40 pounds, but now only 30. I’m looking forward to it getting warm enough to go walking again.

    Thanks Perry. I will still have a "weight problem" when I hit my target. I welcome my 30 DC brothers holding me accountable so that I don't regain the weight. :)
