Wed 9th Jan. - Williams Wednesday Omega 10005 Syn. Williams Mug Soap Personna S/S Injector Personna coated [ 2 ] William Acqua Velva A/S Lotion I brought an NOS Personna quite a while ago, and quickly regretted unpacking it as I could not get a decent Shave with it. A few weeks ago I picked it up again and tried it with a Personna blade, a blade that normally does not do me well. To my surprise I had a good Shave ! Today I had another outing with it, and though I found it to be quite aggressive it certainly removed my growth. By being careful in the polishing up stages and adopting a very light touch, I was really pleased with the Quality of the finished Shave. I found that the Williams soap fits nicely into a Ramekin dish, and the grooved sides make it easy to hold when working up a lather.
Williams Wednesday's Shave Cold Water Wash Williams Mug Shaving Soap Jayaruh #331 Boar Ever-Ready 1912 CVS CS SE CWR Aqua Velva 5 in 1 AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #331 boar brush. I did two passes with the Ever-Ready 1912 razor with a CVS CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva 5 in 1 AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

It flies under the radar a little but each use reminds me how efficient it is. Really enjoy the I1. Have a great day!
Great setup! The Personna injector works well. I find it pretty mild but it's easy and comfortable to use. Glad the Personna blade worked better for you!

Thur 10th Jan. Jayaruh No 67 MWF Supply V1 / V2 No3 plate Schick S/S -China { 3 ] Puig Quorum A/S Lotion After using a Personna S/S Injector yesterday, I did a shave with the rather lookalike Supply. Strangely of all the Razors I own these two are the ones I have had most difficulty in getting to grips with. Am pleased that finally I am happy using both of them and am confident that I can get a good shave with them. I found that the Supply was a lot smoother than the Personna, and the finish attained was much closer. I did however through inattention when working around the chin manage to get a rare weeper.

Quick question... Anybody know a good way to remove the handle from a Schick E-series razor without breaking it? I have an E3 which is missing a blade stop but has a beautiful handle. OTOH, I have another E coming which has a crumbling handle. Obviously, I'd like to switch them in the least painful way possible.
Pal Adjustable razor Personna blade Vie-Long Silver Tip brush Arko Hydrate SC Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe Colorado Sage cologne Better shave today, getting back in the groove of the Pal. The Arko SC did well too. Through a fiasco with Amazon, I have 4 tubes of the stuff so it's good that it works fine for me. Gonna take awhile to use it up. Now go enjoy your day folks
Are you okay with destroying the crumbling handle and the head that is missing the stop? You could probably just carefully dremel those out of existance.
There are a few Schick Mechanics around here who could answer this...Off hand, I know @Jayaruh knows. If no one chimes in soon...you might want to PM 'J'... Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
