Yep. I used the Clubman body wash to make a bubble bath and that helped extend the scent. Love this stuff. So inexpensive for such a great scent.

A smooth and relaxing shave. The RFB just continues to impress and mow down the whiskers. The LPL is just an excellent performing soap that has gotten lost in my den of “who’s the artisan of the moment soap flavor” just got skipped for, again. A great traditional French made tallow based soap with a gorgeous Oud like scent that is truly intoxicating. The WK King of Oud splash complemented the soap nicely with just a slight twist of sweet woods like vibe. Have a great evening and wonderful shaves all.... :happy088:

I first used it in my late teens. Didn't care about "trendy" shave products-I had what I wanted.

First experience with this brand of soap, love the scent, might be the best rose I have, took a bit to sort out lathering it, but think I got it, we'll see if it can unseat Eufros Rosa-Oud as my favorite rose.

Ok, being a little rusty with a razor you haven't used in a while? I'll give you that, but if a brush is scratchy to you, it's scratchy to you---not "your own fault".

    Razor - OneBlade Genesis V2
    Blade - [IMG] *4th shave
Shave Brush - 20mm GBS Synthetic 3rd generation
Shave Soap - Dandy Shave - Cold Spice *mentholated
    Deodorant - Herban Cowboy "Unscented"
    Aftershave/Fragrance - Stephan - Bay Rum

The Dandy Shave Cold Spice soap was the best Bay Rum smell until I smelled Atomic Age from PAA, but still, it's a great, great Bay Rum scent (for some weird reason, the part of the Dandy Shave site that sells the soaps is down, but maybe try again another time/day and he'll fix it?). Seems like there is a helping of what I think is root beer in the Bay Rum scent. Very original. Or, it could just be my nose thinking this due to the menthol? I don't use it very often because it's got tallow and my skin doesn't always take well with tallow, but I'll give it a go because I enjoy the scent of this stuff and feel like going with a mentholated shave.

Everyone should have a bottle in their den of Stephan Bay Rum. I rarely use it, but it deserves more play than I give it.

Lovely brush handle and be careful with that new soap as her scents are extremely addictive. :happy088:
