If this is how shaves are supposed to go, then I'm hooked!!!
The Green Mountain Soap, spiced rum is OUTSTANDING when used with a stiff brush! This soap may be more thirsty than Stirling, but that ain't bad at all! IMG_20190118_090331_877.jpg

    Fine "Marvel" razor
    Astra SP blade
    VDH/TGN Silver Tip brush
    Gillette Pure SC
    Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
    Clubman Reserve Brandy Spice A/S

Another nice lather from the Pure SC, think I like it. Will use it a couple more days and decide. All went well and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

    Here’s my Friday shave report:

    Neutrogena Men Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Goodfella/new Rapira
    Gilly’s Unforgettable SS
    Prep ASB
    Krampert’s Bay Rum AS Splash
    Aramis EdT

Holy mackerel, these South African soaps never cease to amaze me - this Unforgettable soap from Gilly has such a gorgeous bay rum scent, not to mention the fantastic lather it gives as well as such soothing, comfortable skincare. The Prep and Krampert’s Bay Rum aftershave finished off everything perfectly. It’s been quite a while that I haven’t used a Rapira - this new one helped to give me such a great BBS shave!

    Enjoy the weekend!

I'm glad you like the Focus Dynamic. I just couldn't get consistent smooth shaves. I'd have an okay shave... then would have quite a bit of irritation the next time. It is fairly unique and a good concept though. Enjoy.

I get great shaves with it. Consistent results once I mastered the art of actually loading the blade!

Thanks. I'll have to give it a try soon. This dollar tree razor and the Gillette Guard are the only two razors I own that I have not tried yet - both bought for basically the same reasons.

Still.#1. Twin Treet Platinum blades. No other DE cleans up my jawline like the Shake Sharp with twin blades, and while about as efficient it's a bit more comfortable than the MMOC.[IMG]

I still enjoy my Shake Sharps as well... I need to use them again, it's been too long. Too many acquisitions!! I've been awaiting the Starling V2 so I have to use that this evening. So excited!
