Mocha and I have already been for our 1.5 mile morning walk. It as a windy brisk 27 which is more than cold enough for me. Mocha on the other hand loves the winter weather

A $16 milkshake? Man...as much as I love milkshakes, even I'd have a tough time ponying up that much for one. However, the smile on her face makes it worthwhile! :)
I hope that since you're high-rollin' at the Ritz, you brought some fine shave gear along.

I made an error. My slim adjustable is a 1968. I rechecked my stamp and it is an N4.

Wicked cool setup, Keith! That brush looks delightful. How is the grip on that razor? Since there aren't any jimps, it appears it would be slippery.

Mocha has slowed down a lot in her old age so she only requires the long morning walk. In her younger days she had to patrol the neighborhood twice a day. It seems the worse the weather is the more she enjoys the walk. Cold rain or snow seems to be her favorite. :D She might be doing this just to hack me off. :)

I enjoyed the week with the Karve but it is time to move on to something else. So I decided to get reacquainted with the Supple SE. In general I soak or bloom all my soaps. No it's not required or needed. However, like blooming spices when I cook releases the essential oils and makes the spices more fragrant, the same happens when adding a little warm water on top of of soap. The CH2 Synthetic loaded and lathered the MdC with ease. The Supply SE with 3 dot plate is a touch more aggressive than the Karve D plate. I have a couple of small weepers to remind me. Otherwise, three passes and touch ups ended in a near perfect shave. A splash of Myrsol Balsamica and I am ready for the day. I hope everyone has a great Sunday.

Wonderful photo, Jason! The Micromatic can be quite a beast. I look forward to your time with it this week.

Terrific photo, Mark! The brain looks almost done.

    Thank you, Bruce!

Hello, my name is Aaron, and I have a problem.
I can't stop using SE Razors and cheap products. I know it's a first world problem, but it's my cross to bear.
If this is considered "Cheap" I don't mind!
    Y'all have a great day!

    jluc smelling pretty

It is a nice brush. When it first arrived I thought the size was a bit over the top but turns out to be its best asset. I really like the way the handle fits my hand.
