    NCoxSTL AAACK!

I'm thinking a shave with Bonaparte, followed by a splash of the AS would be a good way to start the day, with the Veg added as a noon refresher. Mmmmm...mmmm...good!

    Two perfect days.

Cold, icy, and windy out on the prairie. Other than that...all is quiet in Colorado.

    Have a wonderful evening.

Lilac Veg was supposedly created for the Hungarian Cavalry who served the court of Napoleon III, third French Empire.

Yes, with the B-20 blades, it does seem to do a great job Patrick.

Shaved first thing this morning, but didn't have a chance to post until now. It was that kind of day, I guess.
Whipped up a great Stirling lather with the big Synbad and had 3 event free passes. I was quite smooth again today, but was also a little raw on my neck after 3 days of 3 passes with the MMOC in the winter air. Maybe a one day break from it tomorrow.
Off to try to catch up on the thread a bit. Have a great evening all!

That's Colorado, though it seems winter has finally arrived. People were still playing winter rules golf on dry warm earth as late as Monday morning.

Pretty fascinating, all right. Might get to 50's here Thursday, but all we can do is wonder if it will break a record for January. I still receive daily e-mails on Golden's happenings.

That's a nice soap/A.S. combination. One is in concert with the other.

Tomorrow Jan 23rd, will be 1 year since I joined this site . Spent 99.5% of my time in the 30DC , which I find funny since I took a 30 day rule , followed by another 30day rule the following month and felt so at home I hang out here daily.
I may just break out my birth year TTO that i did the first rule on for an anniversary shave .
Its hard for it to sink in how much I've grown since joining here or all the wonderful people I've met in the last year. I felt like such a newbie, but everyone was patient when i asked up to 12 questions a day sometimes. I was really eager to learn this craft and hone my skills to become proficient at shaving the old school way.
When a new guy comes on here and asks questions, I never hesitate to try to help in one way or another . Not so long ago I was in his shoes and sometimes just a few simple words of encouragement makes all the difference in helping to guide along the path to success.
This thread , I've learned is more than just shaving gear and techniques. Its about friendship and comrades sharing life experiences, good times, bad times , stories , jokes , hijacking the thread and so much more .
I'm very proud to be a part of this motley bunch of wet shavers. Lastly I just want to say a big heartfelt THANKS to everyone for making me feel like I've known yous all my life and taking me in like one of your own. Patrick

    Well Danny
Years ago, when the earth was cooling, I tried that stuff with the carts I was using. Found out the hand soap I used was much better than it was. Well now that I have a razor ( or two ) that I can shave with, thought I might at least try it out one more time. Just for old times sake. But if you realy think I'm gona use Barbasol instead of somthing like Stirling.

I have a bridge in Brooklin.......
    Real cheap, a bargin....
