I tried those in my slant and my gillette and didn't care for them. Too much tugging and pulling. I need to try Astras in the slant. They worked well in my new improved.
I made a hybrid of yours and AG's. I also roasted the fresh peppers to give them some more flavor. It's looking and smelling good. I thought you got rid of everything but your 3 slants You only have to hone them once every few months if that, but yeah stropping gets kind of old. I only use a straight once a week if that. Well I do still have one gillette. I kept it because it shaves good and has a cool case that my slant will fit in when travelling. It has a silver/metal case that the inside travels up and down when you open the lid. It also has a blade case in it. It says Bostonian on the inside but it looks like a New Improved.

Hey rolls... good morning. Good luck with everything today. I passed on the gold Fat Handled Tech yesterday. Once they got it out of the case for me, I realized that things behind the glass look much nicer than in person. There was quite a lot of scratches on the head, the velvet in the case was all dried up, and the case didn't close properly. Oh well.... EDIT: and they wouldn't move on the price. I'm really beginning to not like the large malls/galleries.
