    Andrew, the '98 knot in JR # 160 has broken in well. It took about a month or two, and it's now a pleasure to use. It has good scrub, no scritch, and it doesn't lose hairs. It will be a nice addition to your den. A new knot will STINK for a solid week when wet and definitely requires defunking.

    Late update on the Soap Commander doughnut: only essential employees are required to report to The Pig until further notice. ;)

    Another early morning shave and afternoon post. Story of my week, I suppose.
    Today’s Jeeves product is the pleasant Key Lime soap. Another good lather and 3 easy passes.
    @clint64 asked about this knot. I’d say my opinion from yesterday is reinforced- As soft as a SynBad, but backbone more akin to a Tuxedo. Even though it is a flattop, it doesn’t have the easy splay of a Plisson Type. This is a 24mm, and is still a keeper, but I’d really like to try the 28mm like @NCoxSTL has.
