    Catchup Report, continuing this week theme of big American steel and Chiseled Face.

    In conclusion the more time I spent with the soap more it improved. If I add to much water it seems to break down quickly. It is at it's best when kept thick, which is not ideal for straight razors. I enjoy the scent so I will save this for when I wear the perfume and use a DE or SE.

    Day 20. (Again? This time for sure!)

    Much better day than yesterday. Three passes with the Dovo, and finished with with the Timor open comb. No blood, no hot spots.

    I'm the wrong guy to ask about synthetics. They all feel the same to me. I do have a tuxedo in a Jayaruh handle that I haven't used yet. Brushing and splaying it on my face it feels as it may have a bit more backbone than my others.
