    I am. Thank you! My wife and I took the dogs to a nice dog park today. Now I’m making a pot of beans to take to a buddies retirement party tonight. It’s been a great day so far.

    I have yet to purchase a Fine. Funny story-very first time I saw Fine products, I got angry, claiming "Hey, Fine is cloning other scents!!". Boy, have I advanced since.

    Day 22.

    More or less yesterday again. 3 passes and some touch ups with the straight, finished with the ball-end tech. No blood, no hot spots.

    The tin of Savannah Sunrise is almost gone. I'll kill it off this week, and that will be two down do far this year! Of course, I think I have another.

    BIG Sunday shave:

    I decided to go big today. A Kent BK 12 monster load with enough Castle Forbes for 10 passes and then used this big 8/8 Friodur. It is not just 8/8 but also a little longer than standard. Took my time and had a luxurious shave.

    Irritation A+ Closeness A Smoothness A+ Sharpness A+

    Razor: Friodur 8/8 full hollow
    Strop: Kanayama
    Brush: Kent BK12
    Pre: Nivea
    Soap: Castle Forbes
    AS: Enhanced Florida Water AS, Speick ASB
    Scent: Penhalagon’s Hammam Boquet

    It has been a pretty good shave week. My fave simple things are performing well and making me happy. Been working and sleeping. Finally getting over an ongoing sinus issue, and am very happy about that as well. Other than that...all is quiet in Colorado.
