I guess you needed to "point" that out so as to make it clear to the rest of us.

Normal new shaver stuff, been there done that!
IF my blade started getting dull, I found that I reverted to using the plastic cart way of doing a shave. That is a big no no when using a good razor. Blades are cheap, while you are learning, replace the blade every 2 shaves. Then watch the angle and lighten up on the pressure. You are doing great, just part of the learning curve that makes you unlearn bad habbits from the past.
    Keep up the good work!

I have been having similar results with my razors, having to make multiple, short passes over the same area to clear the stubble...something I don't want to continue to do. These open blades "feel" sharp, but that can be deceiving. Are you sending it back to Lynn or are you going to hone it yourself? Why is it traditional to use your right hand on the left side? Does that mean you use your left hand on the right? "Curious minds want to know" :signs002:

That's a great looking Boker Damascus straight, Paul. I hope you're able to use the Palmolive shave stick. Keep warm as you're working outside. The cold weather has arrived here in Kentucky too.

Paul, I hope you decide to try the Fine aftershaves. Great juice and nice scents as well. I have the L'Orange Noir and Platinum, and they're two of my favorites.

That's a beautiful set up, Keith. You must have a wide angle lens to get the humongous BK12 in the photo. CF Lavender is one of my favorite creams.

Chris, I'm glad you're getting over the sinus issue. I'm sure the John Wayne stuff clears things out! :)

I'm curious about your thoughts on Barbasol's performance. How would you say it compares to Arko in terms of cushion, slickness, etc.?

Good to see your trusty Shinola chrono in the background...Motown's finest.
