    Jan's Splash "Bay Rum".

    15th shave with the Zeppelin, using the 0.5 mm gap.
    Waiting for a baseplate with bigger gap ...

    Nice looking brush! I love purple heart wood, it is one of my favorites, and that shape, Sir that is one sexy brush.

    My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Ingram Shaving Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #313 badger brush. I did two passes with the Open Faced Damaskeene razor with a ShaVeZee SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Razor: Gillette Fat Boy
    Blade: Vintage Schick Plus Platinum (6)
    Brush: Maggard 2-Band Badger-24mmx56mm
    Aftershave: Stirling Agar w/Menthol

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    Stirling Agar today. 20 seconds to load the Maggard 2-Band Badger brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Schick Plus Platinum still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Agar aftershave.
