alright, ya'll be good, don't get pretzels all over the floor, I'll be back after the game (and aforementioned cold shower....mmmmmm, Faith)

 

Hey there fellas, my dad is still alive. He is not doing too good though. They encountered some complications during the procedure. From what I understand, when they ballooned one of the clots, it somehow got stuck in an artery or whatever near his colon. By the time they realized what had happened and took him into emergency surgery, his colon was damaged. The had to do some work on it, and I think they even took some of it off? Anyway, he came out okay that time. He is in alot of pain, and will have to have a colostomy bag for a while, but he is alive. Crazy old man was trying to flirt with the nurses even with a hose in his throat!!

I think they he will have to stay for at least a few days until they make sure all is on the up and up. He wanted me to tell you guys that he appectiates the prayers and all. I am at his place again getting his laptop for him, so I figure he will check in with you fellas himself when he can from the hospital.

Sorry I cannot give you more details, but the wife and kids are waiting down there for me to get back so we can finally head home. Tomorrow is a work day!! Yay Monday!!

Ray do you get any redness from the SCS deoderant? I have noticed some redness lately but no itching, etc.

Springsteen sounded like hell. Tracy....are you still using certain dri? Alot of stuff burns when I am using it.

 

I had 20 minutes of burning. but then it stopped and gave me all day protection. no redness.

earth science liken plant unscented does not burn at all but leaves my pits red, so I stopped.

now I am on week 2 using Desert Essence Tea Tree Oil deodorant and so far, fingers crossed, it is the gold medal winner. no red, no burn good protection. so far.

 

I haven't had to use the certain dri since I started using this. Granted, I only used the CD about every 2 weeks, but by then I needed to and that was with using a AntiP/Deoderant combo. I also think I might be applying too much of the SCS. I get a helluva burn when applied. Today I only did 2 swipes under each arm and no burn and no sweating.

 

I have been using the rock for a month to the day. I think this is what I will stick with. I tried some of the Avon anti perspirant and it sucked.....or maybe it just wasnt for me. No more antiperspirant except the certain dri. Never thought I would say I would use the rock but it works for me and last forever!

 

I have use the rock a couple of times and it seems to work well for me as well.

 

I love scented stuff.....I wont use anything with no scent....hair gel......detergent....etc. But the threads here convinced me and honestly believe the AP clogged things up in a bad way. After a week of no AP use it was ok. I still sweat a little but not as much as I did with the AP. The rock is easy to apply as well. All hail the Rock!

 

Is it just me or do this year's Super Bowl ads stink?

 

I think the AP was my problem as well. I never thought to try just straight deoderant because I thought I would sweat too much. I guess that line of thinking was wrong.

 

bud light conference commercial was funny......yeah they suck though. Cardinals are tanking it. They blew it i believe.

 

Commercials aren't as good as last few years. Maybe something to do with the economy. I suppose even the bigger companies only have so much money to spend on adds.

Need more Go Daddy commercials.
