Yes. Jeeves made the Meet up soap for 2018. We'll have a new one for 2019 by an as yet un-named soap maker. (And no, you can't bribe the name out of me or Adam). Well, not me anyway. He sometimes bribes pretty cheap!
Something tells me this group will appreciate the following. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=182994925936598
For my current shave rotation, I'm doing Jeeves BR soap and Stephan BR aftershave. I enjoy both. I also have Shave Den Shop BR aftershave, which sadly I'm grandfathering(as the store/shop is closed).
How do I get that 3.5 minutes of my life back. I have a septic system at my place in the woods. 314 page.
Unfortunately, I need 3 passes to shave my head for BBS. For me, BBS is more crucial on the head than it is on the face.
Well NTR... I like Stirling Bay Rum soap - Ogallala Bay Rum body soap, shave soap, after shave and cologne - PAA Bay Rum shave soap. Those are my 3 top contenders so far, in no particular order. The Stirling and the Ogallala has more spice than PAA, but PAA is nice in a different way. All strong sents, they will fill up the room or the house with Bay Rum! tp
I use a ceramic apothecary mug and and I keep it toward the back wall away from the front edge of the sink so I don't knock it onto the floor.
Good day all, great morning shave! I can't explain how much I like the PAA Bakelite Alpha Ecliptic Slant. It's a tribute to the original classic and very rare, Walbusch & Sohnes Humpback Razor per the PAA website. Being an asymetrical razor, it assembles only one way, so the head and base plate are in the same position every time. This razor bends the blade more than any slant I have. The blade will be bent after you use it in this little tool. Made from baklite (the first type of "plastic" invented) it is very light. Wild! Loaded with a Feather Blade (new of course) it was a mild and close shaver. One pass with touch up on the chin and jaw, two passes on the gord, easy and close. Save the shoulder! I like! The Stirling Barbershop soap and post balum worked great as expected. The brush you always see in the photos is a well broken in sweet Omega Badger. Feels great! enjoy tp
