Ride the cap! Dragging is usually high blade angle of attack.

I'm glad you're bringing the G6, Randy. I can get it cleaned up a lot faster than the 757.

Thanks Aaron. Also, as a father of two children, I will recommend you get all the sleep and rest that you can now before your first born arrives. You will need it! On another note, make sure your bride gets all that she wants now, however strange it may seem to you at the moment...just blame it on the hormones because you cannot blame it on anything else!

When the times seem stressful, just make sure you are able to maintain your peaceful alone times like shaving so you can maintain your sanity too.

Now I shave much more real estate than he does, I also do a head shave and that's where the rubber meets the road. Where he mowed with the V2 is an easy go. I'm gonna try it out in the morning with a polished head and see what gives.

Back to the video, my skin would never take the touchup without lather, That is a BIG no no for me.
Also the first pass on my neck going up would have made me burn like a read head in the sun all day.
He must have skin of iron, would be nice.
He said that it is a mild shaver, and I agree, very mild.
Thanks for posting that, helps me now know I am at least doing some things right for my skin type.
I have wiskers of iron, but skin like jello, bad combonation.

Thanks Chris, I road the cap alot, that's how I shave. But I will make sure that I watch the angle. Seems that the more I rode the cap, the more it drug. Like I said, it's an odd thing the razor is doing, never had this from a razor, weird.
Got it smooth now, I had a guy over lasy night and he compaired the head to other SEs I have and he commented that the head was not smooth like the others, this one is sticky.
Think I got that part under control now.
Gonna see in the morning if it is the issue.
    Thanks

The goatee is only recent, he used to have to shave it all when he worked at the other place. I also use witch hazel for cleanups when need be and you'd be surprised how slick it actually is.
Do you head shave with an SE also?

Hi Patrick, what ever I shave my face with I normally shave the gord with it too, execpt a shavette. The witch hazel I have would not be that slick.
I have 3 types, none that would work as shaving cream.

One thing I did not mention is that when inspecting and compairing razor heads we noted one thing. The V2 has engraving on the part of the head that is against the skin. What if, the other guy proposed, a vacumme was setting up in the ingravings and because I ride the cap it sticks the head to my skin just enough to make it a problem.
Gotta admit, I would have never thought of that one. That's an easy fix, but....
    Anyway
    Thanks

Dang, I wish I had thought of that!
Such a good idea, I may just have to take credit for it.
Have you reached out to PAA yet?

I think it's a little far fetched. But one never knows, what I call the law of unintended consequences.

I've never used one before or seen it up close but anything's possible I guess. Kinda odd they would make indentions on the part you want to glide smoothly on the skin.

I think you're on to something, Terry. The amount of vacuum created will vary with the intensity of the air currents flowing around the razor head. Turbulent air flow is not your friend. I'd recommend installing airfoils to ensure laminar air flow, and you might as well add a vacuum breaker to be safe.

    Who's next?
