Thank you guys. The PT went pretty well today. The did dry needle the tendon again today. It was not nearly as painful as the last time they used needled it. Next appointment in two weeks.

I knew with me being a bachelor for almost two weeks, I would fall off the no shopping wagon. Well, I failed and ordered some shaving gear last night. I have enjoyed the Supply SE so much, I ordered a Matte Black Supply SE from their warehouse deals section. At least I got that at the way.
