    jluc smelling pretty

A few years added to the blade inventory plus my first Omega brush. I hadn't heard many good things about the handle so I wasn't expecting much but it's better than I thought it would be. I'll use it as is for a while before I decide whether or not to harvest the knot.
Have a great night, gentlemen! [IMG]

    No pic today, too busy.
    Good shave none the less,
    Cold water splash
    Sterling Gentlemen soap
    Franken razor
    Alum
    Witch hazel

3 pass on cheeks 2 on neck for an ibss. Alum was a little hot today, think I rushed things a little this morning causing me to press a little harder than needed, not much but not as nice of a shave as yesterday.

Great pic . Great shave Bruce.

Great shave John. A bit of shampoo may fix your knot. Seemed to liven up my Burma shave brush that was shedding probably from inactivity.

Doing great . We all get those off days .

Thanks Jim! I wanted my first straight to be nice looking as well as functional. I bought it from SRD at 40% discount and I am almost certain that honemeister Lynn Abrams honed it. I love my 2 Dovo straight razors and my Dovo shavette as well.

Thank you, Perry. Nothing as of yet. I actually think I have an extra soap dish somewhere I could scoop it into. If anyone wants to have it, PM me and I'll send it off.

I kept my vintage stuff but binned anything recent after their last ad campaign. Converted 2 Gillette cart users over to wet Shaving . I'm trying to do my part to save mankind.
