Received the Gillette Skin Guard razor as a promotion from Gillette. It is a Fusion metal/rubber/plastic handle with a 2 blade cartridge that has a guard top and bottom. Not bade as you don't feel the bade. The cost of replacement blades are ridiculous.

Coate’s Cream Lime today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Razor/TGN Grade Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Schick Plus Platinum still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Frozen Vetiver aftershave.

I was quite disappointed with the previous 7 AM blade because it lacked in the longevity department so I got rid of it and put in a new one. What a difference in performance because I received an absolutely perfect BBS shave that was so enjoyable as well as effortless. This Simply Bee soap from South Africa is full of rich, slick, creamy lather, its mild honeycomb scent is nice, and the skincare is great. It felt so good to massage the Prep on to my face and to splash on the Proraso Sandalwood aftershave.

This head and handle feel like they're made for each other, lovely balance and manoeuvrability.

German 37-Maggard Slant on Timeless Bronze handle, BIC (2). Mild but nicely efficient. And certainly handsome with the TB handle. Soap a Fougere I made a couple years ago, not bad at all.

 

Great shave. Just did your set basically. Old gillete open comb with some drh tallow soap! Looks good
