Jen finally made and appearance, that's news worthy

 

I have seen some sets like that. It is like the designer liked Restaurant at the End of the Universe too much and designed the console after Hotblack Desiato's stuntship... Black controls on a touch pad on a black background with little black lights that come on to tell you that you touched them. But none of it does anything...

 

Hotblack DeSoto huh? I kind of like that.

I will have to try one of the other remotes. But it still bugs me. There has to be a control panel somewhere on that stupid set. Probably under the stand!

oh I meant to ask, how is Rolls doing?

 

Just a few posts. Nobody had seen you around for awhile. I figured you were hitting the college scene and too busy. Anyways glad you're still w/ us.

Rolls is doing ok though I don't think he's checked in today.

 

I have 4 or 5 rotary dial phones.. when I have home service I still use them. My nephews did not know how to use them until i showed them how.

Party Line to some is the old KDKA radio show. It went off the air when I was still in preschool.

Doesn't look like that repair's gonna take. The break is at the point of maximum stress when snapping the lid back over the peg. Posted in classifieds looking for a spare.

 

my newest project. got the travel kit for $10 after shipping from that auction sight. Then used some styrofoam to hold the head and handle of a 1912 model Gem Junior ,and a blade case. Next is to cover the foam with some cloth of some kind.
