Good morning everyone! In keeping with my "firsts" theme, I shaved this morning with my newly acquired King Cutter. I used my Rockwell synthetic to lather the Stirling Sandalwood. Did my usual two passes on a day and a half old stubble that ended in an IBSS+ without any nicks, cuts, weepers and irritation. The Böker did a fine job. Although I croxed it on my strop, I find it needs to be tweaked with my barber's hone. Grade 95 = A Make it a great day fellas!
Have fun this evening and safe travels to Destin. That sounds like a very nice long Valentine's Day weekend.

Very cool, Clint. Your Mom had a high calling, for sure. I helped in Kindergarten and 1st grade Sunday School class for many years, and I really enjoy interacting with kids at that age. They are curious, they learn incredibly fast, they like to have fun, and in their innocence, they call it like they see it. (I helped with other age groups, but K and 1st were my favorites.) Perry, thanks for the kind words and insight. Our class is looking for a group to walk alongside with service projects. This is our first visit to the school, so I'm not sure where we'll go from here.
I love to see Godly men teaching in the classroom, especially in elementary. I've got a really good friend and a mentor who was an elementary school teacher.
Best shave in Minneapolis! Stay warm today, Brian. Sell stuff and scour the antique stores if you get a chance!
