nice sir, have you used the cream?.. is the soap as good ?i have and like the cream but never tried their soaps..

 

Thanks! It's a set and scent that has grown on me.

 

I have both and both are excellent. The soap is a hard soap, triple milled I believe and with damp brush swirled a few times .. face lathering is good.
I've all but given up on bowl lathering, to me it's a waste of time.

 

thank you sir, when i reorder i will try the soap..tobs sandalwood was my first nice product, and while i have others i like ,this one is a keeper..

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Eskimo Tuxedo Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #339 Boar brush. I did two passes with the Damaskeene OC razor with a Gem Glue Star SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Coate’s Almond Cream today. 20 seconds to load the Honey Farm Designs/TGN Premium Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Schick Plus Platinum still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Bulgari Blu aftershave.

Not anywhere near as cold as I normally use on a Menthol Monday but still cold enough to satisfy me. This Lush Life soap has such an awesome scent, the lather is so rich as well as thick, and its menthol effect is at around the same level as Proraso Green but the skincare is much better. The Prep and Aqua Velva were a perfect finish to such a wonderful BBS shave!
