6/8 plain blade re-scaled Bismarck that I touched up last night. Soap was MdC fougere whipped up with a TOBS silvertip, and a splash of Myrsol AB finished things up.

My razor caught a case of the "clap" (cell rot) so I had to make up a new set of scales. I got lucky, I found out in the nick of time. It's not pitting on the blade just reflection from the towel. Excellent shave this morning. Have a good one.

Glad you caught it in time. It is sad to see so many razors damaged by cell rot. Nice setup.

7/8 Thiers Issard Wolf and Ram Sheffield Steel

Had a great Shave with this blade .Was BBS in no time flat .I finished this blade on my Yellow Lake Oil Stone .
