I was gonna guess the late Eddie Rabbitt, but that music was a little too much for You Can't Run From Love, let alone Every Which Way But Looooose
I think it was just that, Charlie. She herself was entering her teens as the 1940's approached....life seemed to be fun and innocent then(well, Pearl Harbor changed things a bit), but you see on some of these aftershaves and shave soap ads, the phrase "Takes you back to a time when men were men and women loved them for it". I wish I could have experienced that era.
I think you are just the man to bring back style, Charlie. Extra points if you pair them up with rugby shorts and a members only jacket.
After realizing that I really am starting to enjoy the Oleo Montrose Beach sample, I’m considering a repurchase at some point. That means that something else in the “woodsy/pine” genre has to go, so I cued up B&M Latha Taiga. Latha was an attempt at a simply scented line from B&M, and Taiga smells like you are making out with a Christmas tree (or perhaps you should substitute some similar scented scenario that is less creepy). Anyway, I absolutely love the soap, but my tastes have gravitated to more complex scents, so I will sadly wave goodbye to my Taiga set and all it’s Christmas tree goodness. It, along with other hardware and software, is coming soon to a BST near you...
Thanks Charlie! It's looking like another day home with the boys tomorrow. We are on the mend but the baby sitter still has it bad Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
Thank you Andrew. Very nice gear, the removal of four days of growth requires a serious lawn mower like the razorock you picked out
Actually, since HOTR isn't one of the "Bundles"(see other post), I might not be above getting a HOTR aftershave and "bundling" it with a similar soap from a different company. .
