Thank you Danny. My sister just had a real bad one, but we're 45 minutes apart, so she didn't "give it to me". But perhaps it means the colds around this area are pretty bad).

I wouldn't recommend it, Andrew. It could affect your health insurance premiums. ;)

I'm too old to be in a class like that, but I can observe the wimmin, that's for sure. There's a, instructor at my gym who runs a class like that. I was so embarrassed when I asked him why he has a taped voice saying "1..2..3..PRESS". He said, "No, it's REST". I might as well have said "Well, anyone knew THAT". :) But seriously, perhaps I can do the pre-gym stretches I do here.

Sorry, Andrew. I didn't do a very good job of answering your question. Off the puck I didn't like the scent at all, overly sweet smelling. Once lathered and put into service I like it a lot.

We had lunch today at a little 'mom and pop' Italian restaurant that we've heard about. The food was fantastic, and our server was delightful. We had some of the house bread for starters. My Bride had the Fettuccine Alfredo (fantastic...I sampled it), and I had a Calzone with Italian sausage, peppers, onions, cheese, more cheese, extra cheese and some really good sauce. I think it had cheese too, but I could be mistaken.

    Me: "What do you recommend?"
    Server: "The fettuccine!"
Me: "Oh, I can't get that. It's not on my diet. How about the Calzone?"
Server: "It's as big as a football."
Me: "I'll take it." (Our server smiles, and I get the look from my Bride.)

I'll be working off the excess calories over the next few days, but it was enjoyable. These kinds of meals are few and far between, but still part of the overall game plan, these days. No looking back...just get back on track for the rest of the week!

Thank you, Jason! Honestly, the Cocoa Forest and others I definitely enjoy are even older. I just have too many soaps to make my way through them. I am just about to the point of going through my soaps and keeping the PAA, Stirling, and a handful of others and then selling the rest for essentially shipping charges. I need to clear out some space and it would help me rotate through my soaps a bit more regularly.

Thank you, Paul. My Bride's back is doing much better. She has PT twice a week. He is applying some mild traction on her, and it has really helped. She also has exercises that she does every day at home. I saw the therapy dog, and I also made a new friend in the waiting room last week. A little guy (3 or 4 years old) was with his mom. I tried to get him to color a sheet out of the coloring book with me. He was so shy that he just watched me and laughed. I left the unfinished sheet with him as we left...it was all finished and posted on the bulletin board in the waiting room today. He and his mom must have finished it after we left. Sweet little guy. Puts a smile on my face every time I think of him.
