The guy who PIF'd me those Astras across the street has basically challenged me to do the Greater Clarksburg 10K. I'm way out of shape. I need to get to training... tomorrow.

In other news with tests coming up I've stopped caring what I look like which is extremely comfy. Gotta love 2x tshirts with sweats and sloppy pulled up hair and no makeup. Maybe tomorrow I'll get dressed and actually tear myself away from the big pile of books on my bed and go outside.

 

Ha ha. That's a common freshman look. Sweats, nappy hair and a just woke up look. I remember it well. Next comes the extra 15 pounds from lousy eating, no exercise and drinking too much.

So, I just took a look at this J-Dawg fellow. Yeah, he was pulling a scam wasn't he? 25 one word posts most of which were HaHa. Can you say lame? Wonder what he was hoping to sell on b/s/t?

 

Afternoon everyone.

Had a good hunt today, came home with 7 birds, pheasant and 2 chucker. Gonna de-breast them, hammer them out, roll them up with cream cheese and jalapeno's, wrap them in bacon and grill them. Lab pup is getting better. He seems to have some separation anxiety and likes to stay by my side. He got brave a few times and actually hunted, even retrieved once. He is now zonked on the floor and snooring.

Awesiferousnessilicous.

 

Good stuff Tracy. My mouth is watering just thinking about that grub. Glad the hunt went well.

 

Wow.. it is silent tonight. Makes it hard to procrastinate.

 

oh hell no I'm not gaining weight, I haven't been letting myself eat too much crap, or drink too much and I actually just got back from the gym. I'm pretty lucky, my friend alex use to be good friends with a personal trainer so he knows a lot of fun weight exercises and he never lets me quit before 15 reps, I've basically given up on whining and trying to stop at 10-12 reps because it never works. I refuse to stop looking sloppy though, it is too comfortable.

 

Yep. 'Bout as exciting as watching Fuzzy shave in here.

wife is still hovering in the high 99's to low 100's, if she's not better tomorrow I'll be dragging her to the doctor

conference was good, I think the kids really got the message, they were discussing it all the way home

I've had a great day. Micah and I finished my wickiup (which we are considering converting into a sweat lodge) and then he and Melissa came over for chicken on the grill.

Earlier in the day, I visited my friend Dave who has been tutoring me in traditional bow making and he gave me an elm and a hickory stave to play around with. Can't wait to see what kind of bows they'll make.

Welcome over to this side of the lake Prof. Doug. It's quieter than usual in here today. Usually it's all dancing girls and confetti in here.

 

Yeah... I am still picking the confetti out of my hair from earlier...

 

Sometimes Fuzzy dances too but we always have to scold him.

 

uhp.... speaking of dancing... wife just put in Rent and appears to expect my presence... Maybe I will boot the laptop while I am watching.

 

what's up everybody...just getting back from dinner at Fogo de Chao. I've eaten enough meat for 2 weeks! Ugh, I can hardly move. I'm in heaven.

oh, it's ok. Still oozing a little bit, but the superglue is holding pretty well. How about yours?
