Hello everybody. I've always heard a lot about Stirling products, so I tried a few of them. My absolute favorite is Lemon Chill: so icy, and the lemon scent seems so authentic. What about your experience? www.Leonidam.com
I really enjoy the more sedate Orange Chill. I love the scent, but the Glacial Lemon is just too much for me to use more than once in a while.
Probably the Glacial Lemony Orange. But if I leave menthol out of the equation, just scent, then my favorite is R4L. Awesome Grey Vetiver clone.
Take a look over at The Stirling Exchange thread. Lots of Stirling fanboys like me can be found there. The proprietor of Stirling drops in every now and then. My favorite is Stirling for Him, a Stirling rendition of a popular fragrance that made a limited showing last summer. I also like Dunshire and Piacenza, also Stirling renditions.
i have executive man, sharp dressed man, sandalwood/vanilla, lemon chill and gentleman with the a/s for the last 2..i would say the gentleman is my favorite set, with lemon chill on hot days..i want to pick up the haverford set next..
So far I've tried Barbershop, Executive Man, Mountain Man, Lime, Coniferous and Electric Sheep, all soaps. My favorite is Barbershop. I'm a vanilla freak so the Barbershop fills that requirement really well. Mountain Man, Executive Man and Lime all seem to have a similar base scent to me. Somewhat sweet. I don't dislike them but not sure I like them enough to buy a full tub. Coniferous is pure pine sap to my nose. I love the smell of the woods and evergreen trees but the sap scent is overpowering to me. Therefore I don't use it much. I go to it during the summer months though. I keep thinking it will grow on me. Electric Sheep doesn't do it for me. Can't put a finger on why. Right now I'm happy with my full tub of Barbershop. It has a permanent place in my rotation.
Here is the scent description: Scent Description This scent has top notes of Cardamom, middle notes of Bergamot, Cedar, and Lavender, and base notes of Vetiver and Caraway. It's sophisticated and crisp and very masculine. Inspired by YSL La Nuit de l'Homme I'm gonna say kinda sweet rich, not overpowering. Since Stirling now sells sample size soap AND aftershaves you almost can't go wrong.
Where can I find the scents you are all speaking of? I keep coming up with British Sterling and I am pretty sure that is not what you all are talking about.
My absolute favorite Iced Pineapple followed by: Executive Man Deep Blue Sea Mountain Man Stirling For Him
