Filly's are great razors! I have 2 Dovo's, 2 Ralf Austs, a Henkel Friodur, an Engel, a King Cutter, a Wostenholm and I am waiting on a Herder. My wish is to get a Filly to round out my collection which will be 10 after all is said and done.

Famous last words - if you stop at 10, you have the discipline of a saint, lol. One of my favorite old French razors, St Joanis ‘Le Triomphe’, soap was MdC Vetyver lathered with a Simpsons 57 and topped off with a splash of D. R. Harris Pink. Cheers, Steve
Dovo Masters: An epic shave followed by a fall. After the shave razor took a tumble, even though the scales were closed after hitting the ground they opened some, ruining a fantastic edge. Back to the stones.
13/16 ABC 1200 Japanese Hollow Ground Blade Had a fantastic shave with this blade.Was BBS in no time.Love the feel ,size and balance of this straight.Other than the quality of the Steel the translucent grey and black scales closed the deal on buying this razor.I used a J-Nat to finish the edge on her.
