    I got wind of it last week, Danny. I finally regained consciousness, and the doc says I'll be OK in a couple of weeks. ;)

    Thanks, Jim! The plan was to use it for awhile as is. After two shaves I decided to make the swap. Not so much because of my dislike of the original handle but I hated seeing that shedding TGN boar knot taking up a ferrule.

    The V2 is a colorful thing. I had drag from the head and could not get it under control. I finally modified the head and now it is a great shaver to say the least.
    It is now one of the best razors I own since I got the head working for me.

    It's really nice how that razor cleans the whiskers off Jason. I have used captain mild and both types of feather and like the pro feathers best. I have it loaned out now and so far it is the guys favorite razor. I took in the feather blades to let him try them out. I might have to loan him it till he can get one of his own.

    Nice work, Jim! The 10098 Omega Boar knot is one of my favorites. You have a solid brush there, and it will only get better with use.
