One last point in addition to the advice you already got -- double check that you have fully tightened down the TTO knob on your Slim. If you don't twist it that final quarter turn against pressure to completely lock it closed, the blade may be left partly loose and bad things can happen. The Gillette razors are almost but not totally foolproof against technical issues. Oh yeah, and a bad blade is also a possibility - change it for a fresh one for your next shave to eliminate that.

The way things are going this month, Brian, you're probably 250 posts behind after writing this 5 hours ago...
A very nice looking shave, nonetheless!
Good to see you posting again, Pete. I had a Supply on loan for a few weeks, and I did find a sizable difference between the 2 dot and 3 dot plates. I found 2 passes with the 3 dot quite sufficient, but needed 3 passes with the 2 dot.
Neat gear again, Robert. I see that you are based in the US, but you have a lot of fairly unique or uncommon (at least on this side of the pond) European wares. Do you import the gear, or do you travel to Europe and end up bringing it back yourself?
Good to see your pics again, John! Looking forward to your work schedule become routine and you joining in the daily frivolity again.
Very interesting description of the scent, Joseph. A 'hint of daring adventure' could go in a lot of different directions!
Love, love, love that stunning Rubberset everytime you post it as well.

The NEW LC is usually pretty straight forward to load, Nirav. Also, there shouldn't be any difference in exposure on the sides. Don't worry about the Open Comb aspect of it in terms of aggression, being an OC doesn't mean a razor is more aggressive. That seems to be a common misnomer- blade gap, exposure and topcap profile make a bigger difference, imho. The NEW is a great, smooth shaver. Enjoy.

    Fantastic shave, Perry!
Cool photo Jim! Too bad about the nick.
Beautiful photo and great shave, Clint!
Very nice Chris, Glad you all are safe.
Awesome photo Blair! I have a 15C as well and fine it to be quite mild.
Fantastic photo, Jason. I'm glad things are starting to click with the Blackhawk!
Thats too bad Carl. Here's my take on the interaction between pressure and angle. If you have the angle wrong but use no pressure the razor simply wont cut (your whiskers or your skin). If you have bad angle and are using pressure you will be punished with irritation and blood. This is why it is vitally important to try to use no pressure. As Joseph @Primotenore suggested try to wipe the later away from your skin, don't worry about the whiskers they will come too.
Awesome shave Luke, lookig forward to reading the reports from the next round!
Hope you have a better week Brian!
Awesome setup, Pete! You will get that razor dialed in!
Great shave Robert! Congrats on finishing off the La Toja!
Awesome setup John! Looking forward to seeing you around more!
    Great shave, Joseph!
Nirav, the New LC should have equal exposure on both sides. Sometimes it can look like you have uneven exposure and that can just be a trick of the light. FYI the more you ride the cap the less exposure matters, often times the guard will not even touch the skin.

Thank you, Jason! It is still dragging a bit, but it seems with the proper angle, that is minimized.
