I was looking for rockets for the past couple months, now they keep falling in my lap.... well kinda, I still have to buy them.

 

Open combs this week then... I will not promise that I will not repeat use... but I will use open combs. Starting with the Micromatic tomorrow... colgate soap..and aqua velva.. my I gotta go to the Doc shave we will call it.,

I have been using open-combs for a while now. Lets see... 3 News (2 being re-plated), a 1912 single ring, and two other old styles, 1 cooper, 2 1912 PAT GEM and 2 old ever-ready. Muehle-Pinsel open comb coming in the mail.

The only closed-comb razors that I routinely use are a Merkur HD and an Aristocrat.

I have replaced a couple of the ones in the pictures, and gotten a couple more, I should update the pictures some time. Still some I am looking for, seems like they come in waves, haven't seen many around lately.

 

yeah.,... thats why I was hedging on that one in the earlier post. Guess I can't do a solid week of the OC with three of mine out. So umm... if SOTD is old style and the next day is old style and the day after that is old style... just assume it is a different razor...
