  2. that razor looks long in the pic.. could be a big fellow. is it the same length as a standard handle 3 inch or so?
  3. I didn't see anything about the epitaph, but I guess that would be
    an " I " for incomplete.

  4. Thanks, Andrew! I decided to part with the backup tub of Cahaba Blues. I sold it last week. I really enjoyed the run I had with my present tin and decided to let someone try it out.
  5. I'll check and see.

  10. Working from samples does limit my options for face lathering. I want this one to work out. I will give it another try tomorrow incorporating recommendations from others and see how it goes.

  12. I fully understand. When it comes to samples - you gotta do what you gotta do. I do the best I can with samples, but they just never seem to fully show their full potential when I bowl lather. While I try to get some feel for performance, it's more to decide whether I like the scent. Hopefully the Otter will play nicely with you next time around. ;)

  16. And to any I may have omitted:

I am a realist. Now that this is happening, it becomes a dispassionate contract dissolution. I choose not to remain emotionally invested in a spouse who has left her home with no intent to return. I'm no more depressed than is reasonable within the spectrum of human emotion. The God (non-aligned Protestant Christian beliefs) that I place my faith upon instructs me in His scripture-- that anger leads to destruction, pride will consume the soul, and that only the Creator of this world may decide how to dispense the human concept we call revenge. Therefore, it is not for me to fret about. Human life at times may be classified as a a continuing series of circumstance. The only sovereign power I hold in my life is how I feel about things, and my reactions to the things in my life. I don't write the rules. I do my best to play the game of life the right way.

Your well wishes are appreciated and it's nice to read friendly thoughts.

    Always remember...

If your rowboat gets caught in a storm, you may either pray or cry. However, you may want to row to shore as you do either.

    Love you guys.

    Catch you soon.
  17. Smooth shave today. I use the Weishi TTO for starter kits. Nothing fancy, though new folks can use it without cutting themselves to pieces.

Meissner Tremonia is a great performer. I bought this off a sale rack and the scent was gone, so I re-scented it with Lavendar.

The White Box Plats are truly awesome blades, so of course, Gillette quit making them.

  19. Day 62.

Another splendid three passes with the Soviet steel, and touchups with the tech. And the Haslinger Ringelblumen and the Pitralon both inched a little closer to extinction.
