Razor: Supply SE w/ Schick (@ram57) #3 Blade: Schick (1) Brush: Elite Razor Tres Amigos Desert Ironwood Beehive w/Envy White Knot Soap: Moon Old School A/S: Old Spice after 1980 w/ #4 Stopper Bowl: The Castle Shave Co. I went with the number 3 plate today. It feels much better to me. The Beehive with the Envy White knot whipped up the Old School soap into a thick rich lather. a near perfect shave that has to be a BBS for sure. Before anything was mixed into the pot, we knew what this soap needed to be. Huge amount of tallow, like soap used to be. A deep, rich scent- complex and timeless. We wanted this to be an all around amazing product- how it looks, how it smells, how it performs. Our anchor and our cornerstone supporting the rest of our line. Notes of tobacco play on top of vetiver, leather, mahogany and sweet vanilla. A manly and truly "old school" fragrance.

Scent is a bit perfumy for lime. Ikon combo was very nice. The larger oss mates very will with the 101, maybe better than the bulldog. Three passes for a bbs. Hope y'all did as well, or better.

Saturday SOTD Schick E2 (Cdn) razor Vintage mixed (UK) brush Old Spice (NOS) shaving soap B&M Reserve Classic aftershave This is a memory lane morning shave. One of my fondest memories of hanging out at my grandpa’s (circa 1968 or so) was an Old Spice mug and shaving brush (it lived in the mug) sitting beside the bathroom sink. I grew up thinking Old Spice was the scent of shaving. My dad became a Barbasol/Aqua Velva man somewhere along the line, so this memory had faded away, until my wife surprised me with an NOS Old Spice shaving soap. Ive been reluctant to use it very often as it is keepsake material. I do have vintage Old Spice aftershave but decided to see how the B&M Reserve Classis matched up today. P.S I tried to get that 60’s vibe in my photo

Saturday 9th March Pears Glycerine Soap Vitos Pre Shave Cream Creightons Ultra Rich Shaving Cream Yaqi Mysterious Space 26mm Tuxedo Copper Turkish Bowl Fatip V2 Grande with a Gillette/Wilkinson Blade Alum and Rinse Simple Facial Toner Palmer's for Men Moisturiser Pashana Original AS I acquired a Fatip razor earlier this week and am absolutely delighted to have discovered that it is a Fatip Grande. as the handle is slightly 'beefier'. I already have a Piccolo V1 so the new addition allows me to experiment with different combinations. I think I prefer the 'chunkier' Grande version. Same great shave as the Piccolo with better ergonomics for me. 3 passes for a shave which would be very very difficult to improve on
very nice set up Tim..have you tried the stirling deep blue sea soap and splash? inspired by bleu de chanel. its really nice..
Thank you Guy. I'm really liking this bowl with the lines going in a different direction helps whip up a great lather.
