    Good Sunday Morning to all!
    Feeling more normal than I have in weeks it is a fine Sunday indeed!
    I have a Gillette razor this morning that was left for dead,
    but I brought it back to life. It was an awful tarnished hunk of metal that the handle threads were mostly worn out. Giving it a cleaning and a shining brought back its luster. Buy I had to use epoxy to fix the threads that were worn away. Now that it's repaired, a new Feather blade installed, it shaves like a brand new tool.
    The Stirling Sandalwood did not let me down in sent or slickness. A one pass, yes one pass, shave this morning and I'm clean and smooth. I can honestly say I got a Darn Near Perfect shave, no blood, no rash, no itching, and smooth like I like. I have finaly figured out the optimium direction to slice my wiskers on most places, on the head and face.
    IF you didn't know or if you might have forgotten I am a head shaver. I shave every morning unless I'm to ill.
    I shave the old gord every day too.

    Always a great read. I can't reply every post but I do read eveyone.
    Always informative, and interesting.

    Good morning men!
    Completed my morning shave with my Friodur. I changed my brush to the Rockwell synthetic. Lathered with VDH Luxury soap. Two passes, touchups, nicked ear lobe and 2 weepers. I need to be mindful that I am using a square point. Laughing out loud because it is part of the learning process. At least I didn't lop off the lobe. Weepers disappeared with my styptic. Finished with the Clubman AS. BBS train arrived at 9:37 am.
    Grade 93 = A-

    Welcome to the slant world, I don't have a SS Wunderbar but I do have about 5 others. I love them all, although the PAA Phoenix Bakelite Open Comb Slant and the Bakelite Alpha Ecliptic Slant Razors are the favorites of what I own.
    Good luck with it.
