    I was inspired to use this lineup by @Douglas Carey post the other day. First off I bloomed, soused, soaked, no outright drowned the soap before shaving. I love to splash the bloom water on my face before loading the brush. The "Tres Amigos" brush loaded the soap with ease. The Envy White knot has great backbone and scrub with wonderful flow through. Really it is face lathering dream. Like Doug I went with the 3 dot plate. Three passes and touch ups just let the baby escape. My mind was on Maya's surgery later today so I did have several weepers. Even so, I am not sure the 3 dot plate improves efficiency enough to offset the step down in smoothness from the 2 dot plate. A splash of Myrsol Antesol and I think I am ready for the day. I hope everyone has a great Monday.
