I agree. always use plate 2. The 3 dot added aggressiveness but didn't seem to shave better really.

I trust Maya's procedure will go well, Clint. I agree about the 3 dot. I liked the 2 dot, but did need 3 passes to get the smooth finish I like. Zero irritation, though.

More likely the issue is me trying to take 10 minutes at lunch while eating at my desk and trying to respond to posts without reading them well enough...

Thanks, Jason! The Kai Captain Mild blades are definitely mild. The Feathers were a lot sharper if I remember correctly. I like the milder feel so the Kai work well for me.
