I agree. always use plate 2. The 3 dot added aggressiveness but didn't seem to shave better really.

Best wishes and prayers to Maya for her surgery today!

Wow, we are nearing 3000 posts...on the 11th. Maybe we SHOULD take up knitting.
Onwards and Forwards, young Shavette Fu:
Great looking photo, John, recycled or not. If you end up liking that Polar Ice and want more, they usually have it at Italian Barber.
Very cool brush, Paul. I remember when Jim made those- I think there is a Mets one out there somewhere as well.
Wow, look at those colours, Jim! The greens are stunning, right down to the brush and felt. That one goes on the calendar.
I haven't pulled out some Soap Commander in too long as well, Perry. How are the Kais in the Blackhawk? I've only used the Feather Pros.
Enjoy your week off, Jim! Any neat plans? I have a week off starting next week as well. That razor sounds dialed in as well.
AC! I've been happy that the last few days were above freezing....:)
Great pics of the ocean as well!
Yup, love the scent of SDM as well, Danny. You can see why the original is so oft-copied.
I look forward to the new thread, Joseph. There used to be a thread about Old Spice decanters, I think, but not one tied to different scents. Very cool.
I trust Maya's procedure will go well, Clint. I agree about the 3 dot. I liked the 2 dot, but did need 3 passes to get the smooth finish I like. Zero irritation, though.
Cool looking razor, John. Sounds like you got the rare example of solid Soviet manufacturing.
What is that DE, Robert? Looks like a Fatip frankenrazor? Something else?
Glad you like the soap. Ok, I've changed my TFS ugly graphics leaderboard. First is still Mastro Miche, Second is still Farinik, but I think that BFF tub bumps Uncle Walter from the Bronze medal position.
Another great Rick Pic! Seeing you and Neal with slants hasn't resulted in RAD yet, at least.

Well, I see I didn't word my post well. I meant my week is off and running. Unfortunately, I am working this week.

Thank you Jim! Luckily the soaps performance does not match the label.

You probably worded it very well, Jim.
More likely the issue is me trying to take 10 minutes at lunch while eating at my desk and trying to respond to posts without reading them well enough...:lam:
PS- sorry to hear you have to work, I am still taking next week off...:scared003:

Thank you Jason. The patient is on deck waiting for the operation. Luckily she was able to get meds for the nausea after the procedure.

Thanks, Jason! The Kai Captain Mild blades are definitely mild. The Feathers were a lot sharper if I remember correctly. I like the milder feel so the Kai work well for me.
