Friday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Musgo Real Shaving Soap The Brush B-3 by Tom Starling SE Gem Blue Star SE CWR Stetson AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Musgo Real Shaving Soap face lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom brush. I did two passes with the Starling SE razor with a Gem Blue Star SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Stetson AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Razor: Colonial Razor The General Handle: ATT Kronos Blade: Feather Pro Guard Brush Handle: B-400 The Brush by Tom Knot: APShaveCo Tuxedo Soap: WSP Formula T Olympus Post Care: Stirling Unscented Witch Hazel Alum Aftershave: WSP Olympus Fantastic shave this morning. I took my new WSP Olympus set out for its maiden shave and all I can say is WOW! This stuff is amazing. First, the scent is incredible; it starts with a fresh pineapple and apple scent that gives way to a smoky vanilla and sandalwood. Love it. It's very easy to lather and a couple swirls easily produced a ton of creamy lather. It's protective with excellent cushion and maybe the slickest soap I've ever tried, residual slickness was more than enough to buffer. This may be the best base I've ever tried. The aftershave didn't disappoint either. Same great scent and my face feels nourished. I got zero feedback from the alum. I'm glad I bought these. The Pro Guard blade was very nice, it's right up there with the Pro so far as my favorite. I'm going to keep trying a few more blades but these 2 are clearly in the lead. Have a great day folks!
Friday morning: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash #6 Horsehair Super Speed/Minora day 2 Dave’s Homemade SS Dave’s Homemade ASB Another excellent proudly South African shave - my good friend Dave who’s from South Africa sent me a big sample of a soap he made and it’s very good. A nice scent, very easy to lather with great skincare. His homemade balm is really moisturizing and soothing. Have a great weekend!

Star 3 piece razor Gillette Spoiler blade Omega 10066 boar brush Fume SS Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe Daxton A/S Another nice shave from the Star/Spoiler combo, like this one a lot. To bad it's so hard/expensive to find the Spoiler blades. But, my face is happy and y'all need to go enjoy your day folks.
I don't have a dagger. That's actually a bayonet my late father gave me 40 years ago . He was a prison guard for decades . He was primarily on horseback in what they called "Hogs & Chickens" back in the day. Now they call it agriculture. He supervised a gang of trustees who farmed the land. They routinely found arrowheads and the like. One day a prisoner uncovered this bayonet and handed it to my Dad . He in turn, brought it home to me.
