    Good morning Perry. I have a WSP Blackbeard but in their Rustic formula. While I like it and it's a good soap when my fiancee said she didn't like the scent I didn't think twice about adding it to the sell pile. As you know I'm greatly thinning down my den and keeping only 12 sets. I'm sitting here thinking about what I've kept and seriously considering making another trip down to see Lee and making a couple swaps. It's that good.

    Agreed. It's also hard to beat an inexpensive Trac II handle and Personna blades for travel in your carry on luggage.

    Real nice shave today with the Razorock "Lime Burst". I didn't know until reviewing the ingredients that it has lanolin. The Clubman Reserve Gent's Gin works OK as an aftershave with this soap, but I think it asks for something cooler, such as Skin Bracer or Aqua Velva. Or perhaps Stoylin Lime w/menthol(I had the Lime as part of a sample set, and liked it...but was using it in the winter-seems like it's more of a warm-weather thing. Will go with Skin Bracer tomorrow.)

    Good point. I have a stick of a powdery electric pre-shave that I used to use with the electric. I forgot about it. I wonder how much difference I would notice using it beforehand and then Thayers WH instead of splash afterwards? Hmmm... I may have to do one more round with the electric to test For Science -- after Fat Friday of course...

    Thank you, Charlie! Houses in our area are selling quickly, so that's hopeful. We had a contract last summer within three weeks but it fell through due to outrageous demands from the potential buyers. History and the current market looks to be in our favor.
