I just have a couple of PIF'd blades in their individual wrappers. At first guess, they're UK. Especially if the German ones are compareable to Derby.
yeah, I'd compare the German ones closer to Derbys, and the UK ones closer to Swedes, in my experience. Which is good, considering Merkurs are German, too, and I'd rather use a disposable than Merkur blades
