    March 16 SOTD:

    Razor: Parker SRX
    Blade: Shark
    Brush: PAA Starcraft
    Lather: Tabac
    Aftershave: Tabac
    Additional Care:
    Stirling Unscented PSB

My first use of Tabac soap, and it was great. Really a top performer. Slick, cushion, and easy to lather. One pass CCS this morning, so it was a great shave. And one the plus side, if I wasn't already married, I would be all set to cruise aisle 12 with @Paul Turner.

B&M is getting to be like PAA with the goofy names(or is that B&M's FIRST goofy name?).

Here's an indication of my DFS(Dolphin Fine Shave) this morning....as I toweled off the soap&water, the TOWEL skidded across my face like it was ice. Nice sensation! I had the Razorock soap again(Lime Burst)but followed with Mennen Skin Bracer. I think each of those is "one" with the other.

The soap is a tribute to author's of children's books. Part of the proceeds from the sales are being donated to the Children's Literacy Initiative.

    Good morning guys!
In the first 2 weeks of my focus, I used my 2 largest vintage straights. In the final 2 weeks, I will be using my 2 smaller 5/8 vintage square points. This week I chose my WF Engel Special. I lathered my face with Stirling Piacenza with my Rockwell synthetic brush. I only needed 2 passes with neck touch-ups to have a BBS shave on a 2-day stubble. I did get a small weeper on my neck without any irritation. Topped the shave with Stirling Piacenza AS. I am having a great start to the weekend. May you guys have a super weekend!

    NCoxSTL AAACK!

Good to see you again Adam! Nice to chat with you last night as well. Glad to hear all is well out in the land of Oz. I'll send the Cartel's lawyers out to your work about that block on TSD. Well, ok, so it will just be Boris and Yuri in a passable suit and a stern look, but we'll see what happens.

I must say, though, that after our short talk last night you made it incredibly easy this morning for me. As I mentioned, Cartel intelligence acquired two photos proving the "Sweater Guy" identity is real. I was perfectly willing to hold onto the second until the right time, or until my memory faded, which is a shorter period every day at this point in life. Either way it was safely filed. However, you have insisted that you own "exactly one". Hmmmmmm. I think not. I think not.
