It's good to see you posting again, Adam. You rock a cool sweater, IMO. Just think, you have a head start on your retirement wardrobe. If I'm not mistaken, that one's got deep pockets on both sides. Ask for extra napkins when you go out to eat, and make sure you fill up both pockets with them before you leave. Or find the mint bowl by the door, and dump the contents in one of the pockets when nobody is looking. Just thinking out loud.
March 15 Sta-sharp 5/8 Col Conk bay rum Jayaruh 117 Nivea post shave balm Last nights shave went very nice. the conk lathered up better than at home, but it lathers good there too, it seems to really like Wichita water. Ended up with a bbs 3 pass shave with no problems. Our foreman let us know that we are headed home today from Wichita instead of heading to the next job in Iowa, apparently the cell tower site we were supposed to go to next is flooded and we won’t have the materials to finish up in KC till late next week.
You mentioned adding chia seeds to your diet a few months ago, Paul. I've been having them with my breakfast every day for the past couple of months. They add a nice crunch, a helping of Omega-3, and a little bit of good fiber. I appreciate the tip. They're not just for chia pets anymore.
Zip lock bags, man. We aren't uncivilized. Don't want the guest picking sweater fuzz off the mints when they visit.
Actually, Stirling does have dead cow in it. Just goes to show you that good soap is good soap, tallow or not.
I'm living vicariously though you guys. T-bone steak and eggs All-Star breakfast Good ole 'Murican food either way. For the record, Bob Evans has a great breakfast too.
March Slanty Focus Proraso Sandalwood SS B-400 Tuxedo brush Suribach & cool water Lutz Slant DE, GSB Proraso Red AS Thought about a Green shave for the holiday, but I'm more Welsh than Irish. It was so cool out that I considered putting on socks. Sixty degrees and breezy is OK for sandals if I wear jeans. So the warm notes of sandalwood made the software list and a fine creamy lather it was. Lots of vendors now offer the Tuxedo style knot, but it was new to the shave scene when APShaveCo first had them. Glad I popped for the Canadian/Etsy import. Same blade in the vintage German DE, but it's starting to show it's miles. A little irritation under the chin trying to get that last little bit on the clean up. Don't usually get much burn from Proraso lotion but it let me know. I did hear a tidbit from the Ex. She tells me our oldest, now a dual Citizenship US/Aussie got the preliminary report - they are expecting. No formal announcement yet so we're keeping it on the down low for now. Good Shaves Y'all!
