Watch nuts post their gear in WRUW (what are your wearing?) threads. Brace yourself for some serious enabling.

    March 19th
    Razor: ATT S1
    Blade: Astra SP (1)
    Brush: Switchback/Omega boar
    Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated
    Soap: B&M Behold the Whatsis
    Lucky Tiger face tonic
    PAA Star Jelly unscented
    AS: B&M Behold the Whatsis

    Good morning!

Terrific shave to start the day. Three passes for near BBS. Silent alum.

First use of Behold the Whatsis. I can pick out most of the notes in the scent description. It's more subtle than I thought it would be and not as sweet as I imagined. The scent really does remind me of my my childhood. A forgotten scent that crept back into my memory this morning. My dad worked at a cookie factory from a week before I was born until he retired. Yup, he was an elf. He came home from work smelling of fresh baked cookies. This soap is a winner for me, scent and performance.

    Have a great day!

Terry, the first pass is the foundation for a great shave because you are cutting most of the whiskers. Therefore, I agree that it is the most important part of the shave.

You have a wonderful collection of gear, Andrew. I always enjoy seeing what you're going to bring out next, and today was no exception!

Good luck on your new job! What type of work are you doing? With Linux as part of your screen name, I assume you're a computer dude. I spent a couple of (incredibly fun) years working on a project where we purchased, installed and programmed real time data collection and control system computers. If you have any FORTRAN questions, let me know. ;)

A great one pass CCS this morning. The soap was slick and smells great. Hard to beat a shave like this. I hope everyone has a great day!

I think @Linuxguile's kids are getting their three squares every day and maybe a few extra snacks here and there, Doug. :)

When I was a kid, my Dad was concerned about my frostbit arm because of my frequent visits to the refrigerator. One of my cousins, another family jokester, reminded me of this at my Dad's funeral. It always makes me smile when I think about it. Humor is a great thing.
