Came across an out of the way Goodwill and dropped off some donations. Found a old pair of Timberland "Wodehouse" chukkas, very nicely broken in mid-brown leather and plenty of good sole left, but I'll probably have them resoled. Quality is excellent even now, stitching still tight. Only thing wrong was a few spatters of gray paint; must have been latex as they scraped right off with no trace. They're completing sanitization now. Nordstrom's suggests they retailed for upwards of $300 back in 2013, lots of good reviews. Good find for under $10.
I hauled aset of Figaro shave cream and aftershave. This was staple goods when i first started. Hadn't seen it in a while, i ordered it from Hungary. It has a clean crisp smell. I'll be using it soon.
Stoped my one of my honey hole junk shop and the had these beauties waiting for me. A Executive Adjustable and its nickel cousin, a Fatboy. Both adjusters work, opens and closes easy and have a 1/4 turn blade lock. A good cleaning is all they need. YEAH!!!
My LL Bean order came in, so I had to try them out .... Bison Double-Sole Slippers ..... look and feel great!
My stainless General arrived. The previous owner polished the head and it looks beautiful. He also included a Yaqi 30 mm Tuxedo brush. This thing is huge!
