Thanks guys. I appreciate the prayers and kind words.

I spoke with my doc yesterday. He said it's fairly common for CT scans of folks my age to show areas of concern. As the technology improves, they can see more detail. Usually these spots are benign, but they always monitor them to be sure. I've got another CT scheduled for next March. If there's no change, that will be it.

I praise God for His Goodness and also for providing us with great medical care which includes wonderful diagnostic tools like CT scans.

    Thanks again, everyone!

    Good Morning men!
    Just completed my morning shave!
Shaved with my WFE Special for the last time this week. Lathered Sterling Sandalwood using my Rockwell synthetic. Two passes, 2 small nicks, no irritation. The shave was IBSS. Overall, it was a good shave. I lost more points than usual because my nicks were due to inattention and not technique. Lol! Grade 92 = A-
    Have a super day guys!

Terry, I am sorry that you are still in pain. Praying that it will be resolved soon. As far as that Gillette, like a lot of things, I am clueless! Lol!

Classy shave, you big Brut! ;)

I hope your knuckle continues to heal with no problems, Joseph.

Too cute, Danny! Enjoy every minute. She’ll be grown before you can blink.

Great report Neal! I particularly like the part about how adding water to the puck was rehydrating, not blooming... “No officer, I wasn’t speeding, I was just hurrying.”

My condolences about visiting Miami. Both Clubman and the Veg should be good for warding off mosquitoes. Or maybe attracting them. Let us know how that goes:)

By the way, Williams Wednesday apparently was a big deal this week. Is Fuzzy starting his own cult or something?

Murphy & McNeal – Bad Mor
    Karve – 3.25-inch Handle, Plate B
    Voskhod Blade - Fresh
    Nivea Post Balm
Pinuad Clubman Virgin Island Bay Rum

The long anticipated first shave with the Karve was completed this morning. So, was the Karve everything I thought it would be? Yes, and more. I did have one small weeper on my neck but that was my fault and not the razors. It shaves awesome and I would say a notch above the Rockwell 6s. The 6s is a great razor and is more of a utilitarian type tool that just gets the job done. The Karve seems to have “soul” if that makes sense. Don’t get me wrong I love my Rockwell and it will forever stay in the rotation but I see the Karve getting a lot of love in the near future. I also feel the Karve will get a little better as I get the feel for it and get it “dialed” in.

I am still impressed with the Murphy and McNeal soap. It lathers up quick, has great cushion and is slick. As I have previously said the more I use it the more I like it. It is a great soap and I continually find myself going for.

I finished up with some Nivea and Pinuad Clubman Virgin Island Bay Rum.

Take care, have a great day and a little enabling to follow.

Get yourself a Karve if you have not, the Karve is supercalafajalistickespeealadojus!

Count me in here as well. I try to avoid the sun during the peak hours of the day when I can. Otherwise, I use sunscreen and/or my Tilley SPF50 hat with the wide brim.
