    Some new and some old today.
    New Dovo 6/8. Pretty wide blade; wider than most of my straights. Nice edge.
    I gave it a good stropping on the felt/fire hose/leather.
    I know it's only been used once before after the original hone, but I might also give it some laps
    on the Naniwa 12K. Wish I had that Shapton 16K, I have been "eyeballing".
    The C&S has been in the den for about 5 years. Still at about 50%.
    Hard as a rock and smelling great. Took some getting used to, as it is NOT your typical rose.
    The Semogue tore into the bloomed soap and made oodles of really nice lather.
    DFS and the skin is feeling refreshed. Excellent post shave from the C&S.
    Another "old-school" product is this 1970's YSL.
    I must say, when a scent is classy, it never goes out of style.    ​

    Thank you Luke. My wife loves to give me shaving cream from AOS. She must be on a list of some sort. I’m smart enough not to discourage her supporting my hobby.

    I too had the dreded "Feather anxiety" but now that's all I use in the DE's.

    That was my plan originally, but the wifey wanted to get me the original for my b day next month, and as every man knows, what the wife says goes.;) i will throw a edt sample in with my next sterling order.
