Two very good documentaries. Both sad and powerful at times.

Couldn’t stand this movie. I thought George C. Scott’s performance was terrible and he looked ridiculous though I suppose that was the point of his character.

Pretty bad movie but bad enough to be entertaining and somewhat humorous.

    Pretty decent action flick.

Okay addition to the franchise. Some pretty good humor but the CGI action was way over the top. Movie was more of a cartoon.

Fun movie. Lots of gore and bad acting.

Good classic movie. I was really impressed with Agnes Moorehead. I didn’t even recognize her. I was about 20 minutes in and had to look her character up on IMDB because I hadn’t seen her in the movie yet. Turns out she was there the whole time. Apparently Bewitched skewed my vision of her.

Overall, boring. The lead is amusing but far too many stylistic and thematic "quotes" from many other sources (THOR, BLACK PANTHER, MAN OF STEEL, CONAN, THE ABYSS, THE MATRIX, RETURN OF THE JEDI/KARATE KID, on and on). Not saying any of that was deliberate on the production team's part but if it wasn't, that makes it even worse. So the whole thing was very familiar, thus boring. Nice looking, though. But it gave me a headache.

The Dark Tower. A movie I wanted to see that turned out to be a real disappointment.

    I watched Netflix's "the Highwaymen".
Kevin Costner, Woody Harrelson paired well in the Bonnie n' Clyde flip. Looked at from a law enforcement pov.
I thought it was very nice.

    meh...

The characterizations of Hamer and Gault turned them into a couple of doddering old men to make a formulaic buddy movie. I should have skipped it, I rarely like movies "based" on a true story.
