Any of you guys or gals ever use QED soaps?

Yep... used QED Fresh Lime the other day. Nice soap. Lathers and works well.

Okay so what is the lowdown on the QED Soap. Protective, lube, etc.

QED Fresh Lime is good. I am just not as into the Fresh Lime scent as I thought I would be. So it sits back and is ignored. It lathers on par with MB soaps I think. But then again, I have only used two of her soaps and one of QED so my comparison base is small.

So much for a quiet night. :chores026 My son did the #2 in his bath water. :sick007 Oh, well. At least it was easy to clean up.

I'm sure you all wanted to hear that. Ok, back to your regularly scheduled bacon discuss. ;)

I feel your pain, Doug. I have been there. Not much fun but like you said, at least it was easy to clean up.

    Just return the favor sometime.

    How old is your boy?

My son is 4 and he absolutely hates getting water on his face. Thus washing his hair is always fun.

I have some bergamont QED soap I tried to use, but cause too much tingling.
To me it's just like any other glycerin soap with a lot of EO, so the scent is strong. I have wild orange too, but they don't get much face time.

I don't even know why I want to try it. Apparenlty the 3 or 4 items that really give me great shaves need not be used why I waste ample amounts of money to get sub par shaves. Oh yeah. Bong I bought some MWF today from Paul. I couldn't resist, it was just calling my name.

Just a thought... Rather than selling you the whole thing of QED Fresh Lime which I have already melted into a heavy bowl, what if I melted a small amount into a small puck in a plastic cup. Ya got any soaps you could do that same with to trade for the sample?

Hows about a TSD shave stick? I ordered several TSD soaps from JoAnna a couple of weeks ago and one of them was the TSD Signature scent. Her soaps are very good but I don't care for the scent of this one. I didn't even use it, just can't get past the smell. It is a Bay Rum/Bergamont combination. Does that work for ya or would you rather try something else?

:rofl looks like my aversion therapy didn't hold for too long. Well let us know how you like it. I'm curious what else did you get from Paul "since you were placing an order anyways"

Well thanks to your inspiration I decided I had better get another bottle of Speick. Also got some blades to try out. I have been using some of the Wilkinson Sword blades a couple times a week to give me a break from the feathers. I don't get any irritation from the feathers but by Friday, after shaving everday, my face feels tight. Decided to try the UK Wilkinsons, got some Astras and a pack of the treet durasharps.

Also got some Connaught Cream coming my way. Paul is sending me some different creams so that I can send out samples----free samples--- to anyone that wants to try it. Once it gets here and I get some more sample containers I will be posting a thread for anyone to partake in free samples.

$30 for the MWF with the ceramic dish is a steal.
