One of my grand daughters tried to argue that pepperoni pizza was a balanced meal. I'm skeptical about tomato sauce or ketchup being a veggie. I thought they were fruits?

my friend had a 68 torino bodied ranchero, red , black interior with the mach 1 rally wheels, think it was a 390 car, definitely big block, but tires never stood a chance..

Dad bought it for the motor to fix a newer Station Wagon with a ragged out 400. Brother and I convinced him to keep the Torino and ditch the LTD.

For my last shave of March I went with yesterday’s mail call from stirling, and also picked out a razor that I felt matched the gentlemen theme. Tonight’s shave went amazingly good, there was more than enough lather for all three passes, and provided the perfect slick cushion with a very pleasing scent. A great way to bring the weekend to a close 655F99F4-0C69-401A-A281-1AD65D7AEAAE.jpeg

If you put a pepperoni pizza on a broom handle and it doesn't fall off - wouldn't that be a "balanced meal"?

This thread is guaranteed unhijackable. No one has to shave.
7748? 52 more to flip the odometer. No, that's bad math. Need 252.

    Veggies, grain, dairy, meat protein.

Yup meets nutritional requirements in my book. And if it was a grandchild with that sales pitch, I'd buy it on the creativity factor alone.

they are fruits, also better for you the more they are cooked , so iv'e heard..ketchup is a staple..as is pasta sauce, controlling the salt of course..

Just to he clear, that was the Tiger three hole, carbon steel, in the red package. There's an altogether different stainless blade in a yellow package. I've had a tuck laying around forever that I've yet to get around to trying. I need to do that someday. (Of course, my saying that is precisely the reason why I still haven't) IMG_20190331_231741_compress_30.jpg

Fruits and veggies are the same food group, aren't they? At least they were, before that stupid pyramid came along.

Twin 8 year olds, Fraternal = not identicals. The younger by 2 minutes has little interest in cooking. Older one is all up in my kitchen. She asked if she could make Smoothies today. Fresh pineapple, frozen blue berries, ice cream, milk, honey, ice cubes. I asked her if she had experience or training using a Osterizer. "Not Yet..." She's now fully trained in the care and feeding of said machine, complete with safety, breakdown and cleaning procedures. Good Smoothies, too.

Never tried mutton stew. I did have some goat stew once that was fantastic.

    I'd go with that too.
Matter of fact, it would be in balance if you held the pie plate up with one hand

Oh, love avacado. I mostly just peel and eat them with a little salt. They taste nothing at all like green pepper or celery.
