i love lamb as well ,being english it was a staple in the household, as well as rabbit on the farm..beef was a sunday dinner thing..
At $295 for a half goat and I don't think that includes shipping, I'd head to the Sale Barn on auction night. My butchering might not be a professional, but I've put deer in the freezer just using a sharp knife. My place or yours? If some Shaver in Lafayette would speak up we could meet in the middle.
I love Indian food. Just can't keep the names straight. There's an Indian restaurant not too far away that does a lunch buffet. Makes it so much easier.
I have find some rabbit hunting spots next season. I have almost bought some in the store too. Not sure how good that is though.

I have not had it in years, but I did. Then got fond of a stronger beverage here and there. Cut down when the Doc gave me this handful of pills daily. Really liked a cold Miller Lite, then someone at work said to try Hamm's. Haven't looked back.
