    Soap: Vintage Williams
    AS: Sweet Smoke by KleanSpa

    This Eagle is a very nice mild shaver. It can deliver a DFS with no effort. A great thing is the fact that it is not a high. It maneuvers under the nose with ease.

    My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Sandalwood Shaving Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #313 mixed 70/30 badger/boar brush. I did two passes with the C.V. Heljestrand Lather Catcher razor with a Heljestrand wedge blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    When you have a lot of razors & blades I seem to reach for my Gem Micromatic OC when blade life is near it's end.
    Razor: GEM 1930's> MMOC
    Blade: GEM Personna SS PTFE (9)
    Soap: Raozorock XXX
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft
    Preshave: Wet the face+ warm face cloth 40 seconds X 2 + Aloe Vera Gel
    Postshave: Alum + cold water rinse
    Postshave: Razorock XXX splash (That's shaving moonshine)+ Nivea balm

    You'll get no flak from me! I dig the "Rush!"! I'd venture to say, that most folks who don't dig the "Rush", are folks who haven't tried the "Rush"! And are just not diggin it on principle!

    And I understand that....That was ME, for years!

    BUT now count me as one who has been "Rush-a-fied"!! Although I'm also Stuck on the Stick...Arko Stick....aswell as the William's Luxury Shaving Tablet! These will still get 99% of my lather time....But, I certainly understand those who Love the "Rush"...That kind of quality menthol, especially at that pricepoint AND with a thick moisturizing lather.....well that could be addicting!!

    BTW... @ordinaryshaver ....
    I'm a dyed in the wool Gillette Foamy Hater...but I tried the Barber Shop Fresh Foamy, just from peer pressure.

    BOOM! That some of the THICKEST BEST lather I have EVER seen from a can... The scent is good and folks are raving about the scent..But my favorite thing about the scent is it doesn't last, so it doesn't interfere with my cologne or aftershave. But that lather is a force to be reckoned with! Reminds me of canned Colgate from the '60's!

    I still hate Gillette's Corporate mentality...and their obviously not caring for their customers best interests....But that Barbershop Fresh Foamy is veddy veddy good stuff...they accidently hit one out the park with that one!
