  1. Would you consider including a stolen pen from the Ritz Carlton and some soap with granules in it?

    Not sure who's the spray bottle and who's the critter, but having another Faction named makes it easier to keep score. Carry on. ;)

  7. Tuesday, 2nd April

    Razor - Fatip Grande (Nickel)
    Blade - Feather (1st use)
    Brush - Bluebeard Doubloon
    Soap - TOBS Peppermint
    Post - Dior Sauvage

    So... The theory was... More aggressive razor would = a closer shave with less cleanup. Well it bloody well did just that! My cheeks, chin and jawline are BBS with the usual 2.5 passes and no cleanup. This has NEVER happened before. My neck is a DFS... I didn't push this area due to the irritation remaining from my previous shave.

    The Fatip is very comfortable to use, but it decimated all the bumps and rash on my neck - causing about 10 weepers to appear on the first pass (I felt not a single one of them). This is a serious bit of kit. I'm looking forward to mastering this razor and reaping the rewards.

    Enjoy your shaves gents!

  11. From the article;

    "What’s his secret? How does he have such an impact? Harvey admits it’s really not magic, but more his outlook on his work and his life.

    “I really never have a bad day at work,” he said. “I always come in with a good, positive attitude. I want to give 150 percent and try to get better every day.”

    Modern day Stoic. He's got the philosophy figured out even if he's never studied the texts. It all about being excellent to one another. Sounds like a good guy to know and work with.

  12. That must have come before Who's On First.....Abbott is clean-shaven. Then again, he had more hair on "First". WAIT A MINUTE-THAT AIN'T ABBOTT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

  14. They call it "New Math" and it's weird, too. I considered showing that A & C video to my grand daughters but don't want to derail their curriculum comprehension. It looked pretty convincing after finally wrapping my brain around current 2nd grade addition methods.

  17. I concur and fully endorse this statment. My Ex was born in N.J. but grew up West Virginian. I only live in Charleston for a year but the effects lasted for decades.

  18. Mine, too. While he was wrenching parts off other people's wrecks, brother and I were scavenging under seats and in glove compartments for treasure. When your weekly allowance was 25¢ a pocket full of pennies had value.
